We offer a wide range of commercial, large-format, grand-format, and construction printing services for businesses across many industries.
Our capabilities include construction plans and specifications, black-and-white and color document printing, brochures, booklets, business cards, marketing materials, labels, posters, banners, murals, vinyl graphics, wall and window graphics, decals, signage, displays, canvas prints, wall art, and direct printing on rigid substrates such as MDO, PVC, foam board, acrylic, and aluminum.
With extensive in-house production and finishing capabilities, including grand-format printing, rigid substrate printing, CNC routing, and custom cutting, we can produce everything from everyday business printing and high-volume commercial work to oversized graphics, custom signage, branded environments, displays, and complex AEC projects.
Yes. Construction document sets can be printed in both full color and black and white. Color printing improves clarity, highlights important details, and makes collaboration easier among architects, engineers, and contractors. We can also produce complete plan and specification sets in a variety of standard architectural and engineering sizes for architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and project teams.
We offer a wide range of in-house finishing, mounting, and fabrication services to complete printed projects. Our lamination options include protective, and specialty finishes for a variety of applications, including matte, gloss, luster, dry-erase, optically clear, liquid UV, and anti-graffiti laminates.
We also provide mounting to substrates such as foam board, PVC, acrylic, and other rigid materials, along with trimming, folding, scoring, perforating, corner rounding, binding, grommeting, hemming, specialty tapes, and pre-drilling.
For signage, banners, displays, and specialty graphics, our in-house capabilities also include CNC routing, custom-shaped cutting, engraving, ADA compliant braille, and other finishing options to help deliver complete, installation-ready products.
The best way to request a quote is through our online quote request form, where you can submit your project information and upload files for our team to review. For construction plan and specification printing quotes, you can also contact prints@keycompanies.com. For other printing, signage, and graphics quote requests, contact graphics@keycompanies.com. Customers with an established account and assigned sales representative may also contact their sales rep directly.
Print-ready files can be uploaded directly through the Key Companies online planroom, making it easy to submit construction plans, specifications, and other print files for production. Files can also be sent to our team by email.
For large files that are too big to attach to an email, customers can use WeTransfer or share a link through services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Microsoft Teams. Digital files may also be delivered in person to any Key Companies location.

Yes. We offer bid management and online planroom services to help contractors, developers, architects, and project teams organize, distribute, and manage construction documents throughout the bidding and planning process.
Our team can support plan distribution, document updates, bidder access, addenda, and printed plan and specification sets, helping keep project information organized and accessible from bid through construction.

Turnaround times vary based on the product, quantity, finishing requirements, material availability, and current production schedule.
For individual or small construction plan orders, print-ready files submitted before noon can often be completed by the end of the same business day.
Most standard large-format printing and graphics orders are typically completed within 2–5 business days. High-volume, custom, or more complex projects may require 5–10+ business days, depending on materials, finishing requirements, and production scheduling.
These timeframes apply to production and assume print-ready artwork. Projects requiring file preparation, graphic design, or layout work may require additional lead time before production begins.
For signage and graphics projects requiring professional installation, installation work is typically scheduled 1–2 weeks out, although availability may be sooner or more limited depending on the current installation schedule, project scope, and site requirements. Some projects may also require a site survey before production or installation to verify measurements, surfaces, access, and installation conditions.
If your project has a specific event, opening, or completion date, let us know when requesting your quote. Our team will work with you to coordinate production and installation and may be able to accommodate tighter deadlines when scheduling allows.
Rush production may be available for an additional fee, depending on the project and current production capacity. Projects requiring special-order or non-stock materials may require additional lead time based on supplier availability.

Yes. We produce a wide range of specification books, bound documents, and commercial marketing materials in-house for businesses, project teams, and organizations across many industries.
Binding options include coil binding, saddle stitching, and GBC comb binding, making it easy to produce everything from construction specification books and manuals to booklets and presentation materials.
We also print brochures, flyers, business cards, postcards, labels, and other custom marketing pieces, with a variety of paper stocks, coatings, and finishing options available.
Whether you need a short-run project or a larger commercial print order, our team can help with printing, binding, finishing, and final production.
For most print, signage, graphics, books, and construction plan projects, a high-quality PDF at the correct finished size is the preferred file format.
We can also work with AI, EPS, SVG, TIFF, JPG, PNG, PSD, InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, DWG, DXF, and other specialty file types. Vector files are preferred for logos, illustrations, and graphics that may need to be enlarged.
For photos and other raster images, send the highest-resolution original file available. While 300 PPI at final size is ideal for many printed pieces, large-format graphics can often be produced successfully at lower resolutions depending on the final size and viewing distance.
If editable artwork, file preparation, or design changes are required, additional setup time or charges may apply.
