Key Companies is seeking a Print & Copier Service Technician to support and maintain
large-format printers, scanners, and office copier equipment across our customer base.
This role involves equipment installation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and
providing excellent technical support both remotely and onsite.

Service Technician Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair printers, plotters, scanners, and copier/MFP systems
Perform equipment installations, configuration, and customer setup
Provide preventative maintenance and technical support
Install print drivers and basic network connectivity
Maintain accurate service records and documentation

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience servicing printers, copiers, or similar technical equipment preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent technical experience)
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability
Basic networking and Windows experience
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Experience in equipment repair, mechanical trades, field service, or similar technical

Sign & Graphics Installer (Full-time)
Columbus, Ohio

Key Companies is looking for a dependable Sign & Graphics Installer to install a variety of
signage and graphics for commercial clients. This role involves working both independently
and with a team to install interior and exterior signage, vinyl graphics, wall murals, and
other large-format visual displays.

Sign & Graphics Installer Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Install vinyl graphics, wall murals, ADA signage, and dimensional signs
Install post-and-panel signs, job site signage, and window graphics
Measure, level, and align signage during installation
Prepare surfaces and ensure proper application techniques
Maintain tools, installation equipment, and vehicles

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sign installation, vinyl graphics installation, or a related trade
Ability to read layout drawings and installation instructions
Comfortable working with ladders or lifts
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience in construction trades, carpentry, installation, or similar hands-on work environments is strongly preferred.

Print Finishing & Lamination Technician (Full-time)

Key Companies is seeking a Print Finishing & Lamination Technician to support the final
stages of print production. This role is responsible for ensuring printed materials are
laminated, trimmed, assembled, and packaged accurately before delivery to customers.

Print Finishing & Lamination Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Operate laminators, cutters, and finishing equipment
Laminate, mount, trim, and prepare graphics and signage
Perform finishing tasks such as banner hemming, grommeting, and mounting
Assemble signage components and prepare hardware kits for installs
Package and stage completed orders for delivery or pickup

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in print production, signage, manufacturing, or finishing environments
Experience operating laminators, cutters, or similar finishing equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow job specifications
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, production finishing, or similar hands-on

Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Build relationships with businesses throughout the region
Recommend copier, printer, and document workflow solutions
Prepare equipment proposals and quotes
Coordinate installations with service and technical teams

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent sales experience)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory
